Suryanarayana Swamy solely dedicated to Lord Surya is the only kind of temple at Trimulgiri.

This Sun Temple is located in Surya Nagar, just one kilo meter from Trimulgiri cross roads.

Since it is the only temple solely dedicated to Lord Surya, many devotees throng this temple to offer prayers.
