EBC Scholarships 2009-2010 Released

The government finally released the EBC Scholarships for the year 2009-2010.But the actual problem is that the government released only half of the the total amount they had promised to release.Due to this the students are facing problems at the colleges.The Engineering colleges are asking the students to pay the amount for the next year that is for the year 2010-2011 as they are not sure of EBC Scholarships completely released by the government within the stipulated time.The college institutes need money for running the institutes and they are keeping students in trouble as they are not able to ask government and handle the situation effectively.It is the students who are facing problems both from the government and the institute side.Also as the total amount is not released, the students are not getting the mess and hostel fee also which were promised to be given by the government.Finally to say the EBC Scholarships are becoming a big headache to the students and also to the institutes due to the inefficiency of the government.
