The government now asking students to apply for renewal of the EBC Scholarships for the old students and the procedure is same for the new EBC Scholarships applications.The one who have to apply for renewal of EBC Scholarships must apply online on or before 10/11/2010. Later they have to submit copies of Income certificate and caste certificate. Issuing of Income Certificate became very strict and a big havoc at the Issuing center for EBC Scholarships . The government is changing the application system for Income Certificate day to day and students are suffering a lot at the Issuing Center. After application is given, government officials are personally coming to the houses for checking and then issuing the Income certificates for the EBC Scholarships. As the applications are many there is a delay in their arrival and so EBC Scholarships students are facing difficulties. Finally to say, a ray of hope has come to EBC Scholarships students.
