Sri Krishna Committee terms of Reference

The government of India issued various terms of references of Srikrishna committee. The same inter-alia was meant for examining the condition prevailing in the state of Andhra Pradesh. This happened to be a consequence out of the demands of a distinctive state of Telangana. The government of India based on a statement from ministry of home affairs stated that the committee should submit report swiftly before the deadline of 31st December, 2010.

The terms of reference were examining situation in regard to demand made. Reviewing states developments from its inception and its impact on its progress as well as development of various regions was suggested. Impact of latest developments of children, women, students, backward classes, scheduled tribes, minorities and scheduled castes. Identification of numerous important issues worth addressing in respect of earlier references was also suggested. Consultations encompassing various sections, organizations, political parties for offering varieties of solutions for resolution and welfare of all the people were indicated. Consultation from industry, trade unions, traders, organizations of women including student and farming community on specified matters for eliciting overall development relating to references of various states' regions was also included. The committee welcomed varieties of suggestions governing various other issues that could emerge and deemed appropriate for the purposes of the concerned demand of Telangana issue.

The objective was to resolve the issue without chaos and turmoil for the development and interests of all the people since the condition of final settlement and tranquility on the issue is desired for states development. Any transition or demand when the government has constituted the committee and has allowed freedom for all factions for manifestation through their organized associations is called for. This is meant for the best interests of all for ensuring a smooth transition and happiness for all and for the state and Telangana region in general. The industrial development would become favorable after this issue is resolved.
