Political Life of Kavuri Samba Siva Rao
He become MP for the 5th time.He was elected as MP for the
first time in the year 1984 for the 8th Lok Sabha.Second time in
the year 1989 in the 9th Lok sabha,3rd time in 1998 in 12th Lok sabha,
4th time in 2004 in the 14th lok sabha.Mostly he got elected as MP from
Krishna District Machilipatnam Constituency thrice in the years 1984,1989
and 1998 and from Eluru twice in the years 2004 and 2009.
He contested in Machilipatnam with Tiwari congress ticket and got defeated.
Kavuri Samba Siva Rao is very close to the congress high command
and he is one of the probable minister in the new cabinet expansion.
He is member of many committees like

Member of Committe on energy
Member of Committee on Consultive committee etc..
