APSSC Recruitment - Industrial Promotion Officers

Details of the Post

APSSC invites applications for recruitment to the post of Industrial Promotion Officers in A.P. Industries Subordinate Service having Post Code-01 for filling 116 Vacancies. The required age as on 1st September 2011 should be Minimum 18 years & Maximum 36 years. The sacle of pay is Rs.15,280-40,510/-

Required Educational Qualifications

(a) A degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology specified below from a University in India.

Mechanical Engineering;

Chemical Engineering;

Electrical Engineering;

Electronics & Communications Engineering;

Computer Sciences;

Electrical & Electronics;

Metallurgical Engineering;

Production Engineering;

Industrial Engineering;

Automobile Engineering;

Ceramics;

Bio-Medical Engineering;

Petro Chemical Engineering;

Instrumentation Engineering.

(OR)

(b) A diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology specified under Clause (a) above of a recognized Institution with three years experience in any reputed workshop, factory or an industrial undertaking.

Relaxation allowed in Age Limit

There is a relaxation of 3 Years for Retrenched temporary employees in the State Census Department with a minimum service of 6 months.

There is a relaxation of 5 Years based on the length of regular service for A.P. State Government Employees (Employees of APSEB, APSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities etc. are not eligible).

There is a relaxation of 3 years & length of service rendered in the armed forces. for Ex-Service men.

There is a relaxation of 3 Years & length of service rendered in the N.C.C for N.C.C.(who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.)

There is a relaxation of 5 Years for SC/ST and BCs

There is a relaxation of 10 Years for Physically Handicapped persons (OH only).

Details of Fee Payment & How to Apply

Each applicant must pay Rs. 100/- towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee Rs. 80/- (if Candidates are not exempted from payment of Fee). Payment of Rs. 100/- towards application processing fee is compulsory for all Applicants.

The Candidate has to go to the www.apspsc.gov.in and enter his/her Basic Personal Details like Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, and Community.

After entering the above details the applicant will get a downloadable Challan Form to pay the Fees.

The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee at any AP Online centers /State Bank of India and obtain the Journal Number without fail.

On the next working day after payment of Fee the Candidate should again visit www.apspsc.gov.in and enter the Journal Number to get the format of Application/

The applicant has to fill all the columns in the Application and should submit ON-Line.

Only applicants willing to serve anywhere in the Andhra Pradesh should apply.
