Over 3.4 Lakh candidates are eagerly waiting for their EAMCET 2012 exam results which held on 12th May 2012. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, the conducting body of the EAMCET 2012 on behalf of APSCHE disclosed that EAMCET 2012 results will be released on 15th June 2012.

Students appeared for EAMCET 2012 exam: In Engineering stream, From 2,79,095 students applied for the EAMCET 2012 examination, only 2,70,022 students appeared, while 9,073 candidates were absent and In the Medicine stream, From 68,630 students applied for the exam, only 65,772 candidates appeared for EAMCET 2012, while 2,858 students were absent.

Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is a prerequisite for admission into various professional courses B.E / B.Tech / B.Arch / Medical etc offered in Government as well as private Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

As the EAMCET 2012 results are giving weightage to the Intermediate marks besides entrance exam score, EAMCET authorities are waiting for the Intermediate results from the Board od Intermediate. On the other hand, Board of Intermediate studies told that, Intermediate supplimentary results will be announced any time between 12th June and 15th June 2012. After the intermediate results are announced, EAMCET authorities will take around two days time to calculate the weightage for intermediate marks of passed students.
